14 Miles and Girls Night Out!

Hello friends!
I hope ya'll had a fabulous weekend!! I sure did!

Saturday morning I went to the "Egg Lawn" and ran 14 miles! My furthest distance up until then had been 13 miles. Another first was I ran NONSTOP for 1 hour straight. Usually after 3 miles I would walk for a few seconds, but this time I just pushed through it and ran 6 miles before stopping! I was so excited!!
My friend, Ashley, came and ran with me for a few miles, so that was really nice! For some reason she thinks I could be ready to do a marathon next Spring. Hmmm....
The last 2 miles were pretty hard. I wore my Persevere bracelet, and that's what I did! I felt SO good when I was done. Of course I was really sore and wasn't sure if my legs would carry me, but just knowing I DID IT made it all worth it! Surprisingly, the soreness didn't last long at all, which was wonderful! In the past, if I did over 10 miles, I was very sore for a couple days. Not this time though! I guess my body is getting used to it!
Next week: 15 miles!

After my run, I came home and got ready to go out with a couple girl friends!
First we went to Outback Steakhouse. One of my fave restaurants in the whole world, and I always get the same thing.
Alice Springs Chicken (I like to make a healthy version of this at home!)
Gingerbread Cookie Martini, AMAZING. I would definitely recommend it!

Then we went to 4th St Live- always a fun time! Charity is a professional photographer, so we always get lots of pictures! Check out her site, she's awesome!
Then we went to a Comedy Club.
A random pic of Charity laughing. She's so gorgeous!!

We had such a fun time!!

Don't forget, today is the last day to enter my Endorphin Warrior Bracelet Giveaway!!

What did you do this weekend??
