Thank you for joining me on this weight loss journey!
My goal is to lose 50 lbs. by
September 22, 2012. That is the day I will run my first half marathon!
In
the meantime I will follow a training schedule. The most I have ever
run at one time is 4 miles. I will also eat healthy...and stay away from
icecream!!
I'll be weighing in once a week and posting my progress here!
