I hope you all had a fabulous weekend! I sure did!
Saturday I had planned on running 18 miles outside, but Friday night we had a winter storm warning advisory, and were supposed to be getting a lot of snow, so I wasn't sure how that would work out, but one way or another I knew I had to get my 18 miles done!
When I woke up, it looked like this outside!
I know I could've ran outside, but I love doing things that my head says are 'impossible', so I decided to do all those miles on the treadmill! The most I've ran on the tm was 8 miles, so I wasn't sure if this could even happen!
I decided to split it up, do 6, take a break, 6 more, break, and than the last 6.
So I ran 6, stopped about 5 minutes, drank some water and ate a GU. Then did another 6. After that I decided to just suck it up and go outside. I needed a change of pace!
So I bundled up and headed out! I ran 4 outside, then came back inside and did the last 2 on the treadmill.

I decided to use this run for my 5 by the 5th Virtual Race Series, that Laura, at Mommy Run Fast created.
We had a Superbowl party last night and I knew most of the food would not be healthy. Including what I was making! Snickers Popcorn! It was amazing! I was glad I had ran 18 miles the day before, so I could take ONE bite of this stuff!
Ok, I had more than 1 bite, but not much more!
I also made this amazing fruit bowl.

Today I will be packing and packing. Can't wait to get away from this COLD weather and get to the Bahamas!!
