Shakespeare and a 14 Mile Treadmill Run!

Yes, you read that right... I ran 14 miles on the lovely treadmill!
I know people call it the dreadmill, but I actually like it! I have a big fan blowing on me, I watched a couple movies, and before I knew it, 14 miles was done! This coming Saturday my long run will be 15 miles, and if it's unbearably hot outside, my treadmill and I will become best friends, yet again!
Saturday night my twinnie and I and our hubby's went to see Shakespeare in the Park.We saw Taming the Shrew.

Isn't my twinnie gorg??
It was a fun date night, although the play was just meh. The actors were excellent, it was all high schoolers, and they did an outstanding job. But I guess I'm not a huge Shakespeare fan. All of the 'thee's' and 'thou's' and 'shalt's', etc...made it very hard to understand!

And last but not least...I like getting my hair highlighted every summer. So that's what I did today!

QOTD: Are you a Shakespeare fan?
Do you like changing your hair color/style too?

  2. Once in a while, I don't mind the treadmill! But after a long winter, I start calling it "dreadmill!" Hopefully the weather is better for ya and you can get out and enjoy the great outdoors!
And I LOOOOOOVE your new hair! I use to get my hair highlighted in the summer, but I like sticking to my natural hair color! Although now that I'm finding grey hairs, I might reconsider! ;)

  4. I am gonna be honest here and say I have never seen a shakesphere play live. I don't do change well, so my hair has never actually be dyed.

And 14 miles on the dreadmill, you are a ROCKSTAR! Great job!

  5. You rocked that treadmill! I agree: movies make the time fly by. Much better than suffering outside in the heat!

Love your hair! I love to change my hair color, but I hate cutting it.

    1. Thanks, Jina! I'm trying to grow my hair out, so she only cut off the dead ends. I do love changing the color too though!

  6. Amazing job on the treadmill. My longest has been 7 or 8 but I just wanted to see how long I could stand it! Long training runs for me have to be done outside!! Love the hair:)

    2. Thank you, Z! Yes, I'm in green.
I watched Into Thin Air. It's about a team of people who climbed Mt Everest. Many of them died. I love challenges and pushing myself, but climbing Mt Everest is one thing I would NEVER do! I also watched "Woman, thou art loosed". Wasn't impressed with that one. I know you have twins! They are adorable too. From your pics, I think they look identical!
