I ran 13 miles on my treadmill. It was just too cold outside, and I love my treadmill, so that worked out great for me!
Yesterday we actually had a gorgeous, sunny day- in the 40's! There was no way I could not go for a run, even though it was my scheduled rest day. If I had more time, I felt like I could've ran at least 20!
We got several inches of snow today, so that means I didn't have any daycare kiddos, so I got the day off! It has been so nice and quiet. I could definitely get used to this!
I've been wanting to see the movie Frozen, I've heard so much about it. So when I found out I could watch the full movie on Youtube, I knew what I was going to do today! I got in a 3 mile treadmill run, then sat down to watch it. Here it is, if you want to watch it. I loved it!
I want to answer a couple questions about my juice fast. It felt SO good to eat food again! As much as I wanted to stuff my face with food, I knew that would not be smart at all. I started off with just a small salad and some fruit (that I didn't have to juice! Yay!), and gradually went back to eating normally. I lost 8 lbs. Not bad for 5 days.
