Here are 5 things from my week:
1.) Yummy food: Chicken alfredo, made with spahetti squash. I love love this stuff. Probably even more so than noodles. I use the low carb alfredo sauce, to make it a low carb meal. Deelish! This is the only way I've used spaghetti squash, but I know there are so many other ways to use it. Pinterest, here I come!
2.) Cute boys: Is he not the cutest thing ever?? Visiting a friend the other day and got to snuggle with him. Those lips!
3.) Weekly running: Only 2 runs this week, Monday and Wednesday, for National Running Day! I don't taper for half marathon's, but I guess you could say that's what I did this week.
4.) Dreams: For over a year I have wanted to be a spin instructor. In fact, I ALMOST had a job once. But since then, I just set it on the back burner. Lately I've been thinking more about it. And I've decided to just go for it. So, in September I will get my certification to teach spin! I'm so excited. My ultimate dream is to someday open my own studio. On the beach. ;)
5.) Race tomorrow!! Tonight I'll be going to the beautiful city of Indianapolis to run the Indy Womens Half tomorrow! And the icing on the cake... one of my most amazingest (yes, I made that word up) friends in the world, Christie, surprised me by signing up too! I haven't seen her in over a year, so can't wait to see her pretty face again.
