Since I might be eating more ice cream this month, I decided it's time to get back to strength training. I hate to admit, I haven't done any all year. I've just been running, and I know that's not enough! So yesterday I got back to it. I have a LOT of dvd's, but I always always go back to my Slim in 6. It's a workout program designed to shape and sculpt your body in 6 weeks. After 2 days, every muscle in my body feels like jello. Love this feeling!
My goal for July is to run at least 75 miles, but hopefully 100. I looked up my mileage for the last year, and honestly was surprised at how little I run!
So this month I will increase my running and do strength training 3-4 days a week. I will lose 6-8 lbs, and TRY not to eat much ice cream this month. ;)
