I did go for a 2 mile walk though. I'd never been to this park before, and the 2 mile trail is just grass. So I couldn't run here, but it's nice when all I can do is walk.
After the walk my fibula was sore, but not too bad.
I was hoping to do my 15 mile long run on Saturday, but have since found out I will be spending the day at Kings Island, so no long run for me. I'm sure it's probably a good thing to rest it for a few more days. I sure don't like getting behind on my marathon training though!
Hanging out with these pretty girls was fun. Although I hated that I wasn't able to run off the margarita's I drank! Since using My Fitness Pal, I still keep track of everything I eat and drink. I haven't gone over my calories yet!

I've struggled with weight my whole life, and I can remember this day like it was yesterday. I had never ever ever worn a 2 piece, and I remember finally being confidant enough to wear one for the very first time. I was on vacay in FL with a couple girlfriends, so I felt 'safe'.
Finding this picture just encouraged me that I can and will get back to that! Actually, even better than that, because then I was not exercising at all.
It's a daily struggle, but it's worth it. It will be worth it.
Looking at this picture makes it easier to say no to the ice cream that is constantly calling my name!
I used to use pictures of celebrities or models. But these days I just use good ole Katie. I've done it before, I can do it again!
