Monday: 3.1 mile run, Slim in 6 workout
Scary moment in spin class. There was a guy right next to me, and it was his first time spinning. Through the whole class I kept thinking this guy needs to slow down a little! He was a pretty big guy and was breathing real loud and grunting- I could tell he was having a hard time. But he did everything the instructor said, he was going hard! With about 15 minutes to go, he suddenly just crumples down! He didn't fall off the bike, because his feet were strapped in, he just fell down into the bike. (Ouch)
The instructor ran over and another guy beside him helped him up and he was ok. He didn't get back on the bike after that!
I know it's only been a week, but I can already tell a difference in my strength from doing SI6 everyday! My legs and arms have been pretty sore since Monday. But I love it!!
I have to share this delicious recipe I made a few days ago. If you remember, when we visited the Biltmore a couple weeks ago, we ate at Cafe 4 in Knoxville and I had maple pecan crusted salmon.
It was SO good, and I said I was going to find the recipe. Well, my mom found it for me and I made it. It was amazing!!
here. The only thing I would do different is not cook it quite as long. It was a little drier than I like. But it was very good!
