I've never really made 'resolutions', but I do make goals! My main goal for 2015 is to lose the weight I re-gained this year (ugh), and of course to run marathon #4 and #5 in the Spring.
Maybe your goal is to just start moving. Maybe run your first race, or 100th race!
If you're just starting out, as I did a couple years ago, I always recommend starting with the Couch to 5k program. That's what got me started on this journey.
Just start somewhere, don't give up, and if you do 'fall off the wagon', that's ok! What matters is that you get right back to it.
