Grand Canyon Adventure- Kristy's side of the story

As you know, Kristy, from Runaway Bridal Planner, and I went backpacking in the Grand Canyon. She posts about it here.

I laughed and cried as I read it. Again, it makes me so thankful to be alive, seeing how close I was to death.

She has lots of good tips to help in knowing what to do if you're ever with someone in heat exhaustion or heat stroke.

So grab a drink, and read about our great adventure, from Kristy's point of view

  1. Oh my goodness!! I'm SO thankful that you were there with someone who could help you! I knew from reading your recap that there was a lot going on that you weren't aware of and I'm glad to be able to read about it. Have you had any leftover effects from the trip? You said you're more susceptible to heat exhaustion now -- hopefully that's all you'll have to worry about! Again - what an adventure!
